Rudsak is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return or exchange unworn, non-final sale items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the packing slip provided in your shipment.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
